Watching your child battle nerves and frustration during a match, then come away feeling disappointed and upset, can be really painful. You just want them to do their best, take the game as far as they can.. and enjoy it.  This can be really hard though and it's really tough as a parent to see.

No amount of suggesting to focus on the things you can control, to take one point at a time, to let go of mistakes.. seem to help.   That’s exactly why I’m running this free workshop.  I’m going to show you a simple mind/body framework that they can use before, during and after matches which will help them to:

  • Calm excess nerves before a match

  • Regain composure after mistakes

  • Stay composed in the big moments
  • Get back to playing with focus, freedom and happiness

Quick Intro..

Hi, I’m Kate Chesser, Mental Performance Coach. As both a competitive tennis player and a parent, I know how tough those emotional match moments can be.. which is why I want to share these practical mental game tools with you. I’ve used them personally, with my own son, and with hundreds of athletes, from many sports, across all levels, from club players to Team GB. I’ve experienced and seen first-hand just how powerfully they transform confidence, focus, and enjoyment in sport.
