Tapping Into Scratch

A practical pressure-regulation tool for low-handicap golfers

Tapping into Scratch is a practical way to regulate your nervous system so you can play freely and easily for 18 holes

Who This Is For

This protocol is designed for golfers who:

  • Are technically sound

  • Practise well but don’t always score to that level

  • Notice tightening when the round matters

  • Lose shots on short putts, after mistakes, or late in rounds

  • Feel scratch is close

This is not for beginners.
It is not swing instruction.
And it is not mindset coaching.

What This Protocol Does

Pressure is not a mindset issue.
It is a physiological response.

Tapping into Scratch calms this physiological response

Using short, guided EFT-based regulation audios, you'll be able to:

  • Calm before pressure shows up

  • Improve composure after mistakes

  • Stop the overthinking

  • Lower your nerves

What's Included

  • How to tap
  • Library of EFT/tapping audios to address different situations eg: Short putts, composure after mistakes, first tee nerves
  • Measure your progress so you know if it's working

Optional Monthly Support

Some golfers want practitioner support.

If that’s you, there is an optional monthly live support layer available.

This includes:

  • Weekly live group call

  • Messaging support with me

  • Help refining triggers and targets

  • Community support

This is not a fixed-term programme. You can leave at anytime.

What people have said..

Lee Mandel - 5 handicap golfer

".. I am 6 holes in at -1 under par.  I am playing out of my mind."

"..Oh my lord. One bogey, just rushed my putt. Then just drained a 20 footer for birdie. I am 2 under par. Lord have mercy."

James O'Brian - 2 handicap golfer

"I actually told my wife, this was the first time I have ever played golf and truly did not get mad or even curse. I had 1 bad hole.. No big deal."

Important Note on Yips and Deeper Patterns

This digital protocol is not designed to fully resolve long-standing yips or deeply embedded pressure patterns on its own.

Those patterns usually involve:

  • Multiple triggers

  • Anticipation built over time

  • Layered associations

  • Practitioner led sessions are much more effective for these

What this protocol does is give you a way to:

  • Regulate the pressure response when it appears

  • Stop patterns running unchecked

  • Experience what change feels like at a physiological level

  • Begin the process of physiological change
