Hi, I'm Kate.. Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mental Performance Coach (I graduated with a Psychology/PE degree over 30 years ago) and over the years have worked with countless athletes from many sports across all ages and ability. 

Tennis has been a major part of my life and I absolutely love it. I played competitive tennis for over 25 years and then competed as a wheelchair player for several years after a serious health diagnosis.
