Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT) and EFT Practitioner.

A life changing health diagnosis effects us all in different ways, both physically and mentally.  Feelings of grief, guilt, a loss of confidence, purpose and direction, fear of the future…  Or any combination of them (and others) at different times.

After a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2005 I found I could no longer do the things I loved doing.  Things such as travelling, playing tennis, swimming.. to name but a few.  I thought I'd never have my own family, that I'd be a financial and physical burden.. all these emotions that many of us go through and we feel like we've been knocked for 6.

So I was desperate to find a way to avoid living the life that I was afraid of and to do the things I had always loved doing and didn't want to stop doing.

I am delighted to say that I now have a beautiful son, I have a job that I love and live a full and active life... including travelling, playing tennis and swimming.
