Hi, I'm Kate Chesser. I've worked with hundreds of athletes since graduating with a combined Psychology and P.E. degree over 25 years ago.  Over the last 4 seasons I have also worked with women's football teams and am currently the London Bees Mental Performance Coach.

I use a unique combination of traditional sports psychology and more deep rooted mind/body techniques to ensure you have all the tools you need to play with the skill that you know you've got in you.
