What's it all about? 

Radiant Health is all about empowering men and women to take control of their health and live healthy and happy lives.  

I believe that by making some simple changes to our nutrition and lifestyle we can greatly improve the quality of our lives and achieve things that we may previously had thought impossible.

Sometimes, however taking control of our health can be challenging!

Kate's Story

It was tennis finals day.  I was playing an opponent who I would normally beat easily.  I was struggling with the pace coming off her shots.  She was passing me easily and the ones I could get to, my return shot was weak and my coordination just felt off.  I lost.  

6 years earlier..

I was on the exact same court.  It was tennis finals day and I was in the Singles, doubles and mixed doubles finals. 

The number 2 seed in all these tournaments and won all of them.  

Life was pretty good.

I took a year out travelling around and had the most amazing time eating and drinking my way around Australia and SE Asia.

Even then I noticed physically things weren’t quite right.  The heat was getting to me, fatigue was high.  I put it down to being English in the Australian heat.

Came home from my travels and got a job in the software industry.  Project work, deadlines, customers, lots of sitting at a computer and feeling the pressure. 

Again, I noticed more things going a bit wrong.. Noticed my feet would go shaky after about 5 miles of running, I fell over a couple of times while out walking, losing more tennis matches I should have won, and my normally quick brain would get easily confused.

I thought it was my fitness so I went to the gym more often, started running longer distances.  I mean.. it had to be my fitness right?!

May 24th 2005 I was diagnosed with MS.

It was like I'd had the rug pulled from under me and my confidence in myself and life was completely shattered.

When you’re handed a diagnosis of MS and the doctor tells you there’s nothing they can do for you, you turn to the alternative therapies. This is where my whole world of woo woo opened up.  I turned to nutrition and subconscious re programming.  I know.. I mean what even is that?!?

Turns out they were amazing.  I had such success in these fields myself I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist and EFT Practitioner.  

When you eat right your energy and weight remains stable, you sleep well, your body hurts less, your brain functions better.

When you use EFT you overcome all the obstacles in your way so making these changes becomes easy.  You literally re-programme your subconscious for success.

What you can achieve when you don't have that mean voice in your head telling you that you can't do it, why bother and all the other cruel things you say to yourself is amazing.

Imagine how different your life could be if you made the changes that you know you want to make but somehow manage to talk yourself out of..
