Hi, I'm Kate

I have been working with amateur and professional athletes on their mental game since 1995 when I took on my first golfer.

My work combines practical sport psychology with EFT and hypnosis to help address the thoughts, emotions and patterns that often sit underneath tension, inconsistency and underperformance.
