These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of EFT, visualisation and self-hypnosis recordings provided by Kate Chesser / Mental Game Mastery.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using these recordings, you agree to the terms below.
1. What is included
This product includes pre-recorded EFT tapping, visualisation and/or self-hypnosis audios designed to support athletes with mental performance.
The recordings may include support for areas such as confidence, focus, emotional regulation, pre-competition nerves, letting go of mistakes, coping with pressure, building self-belief, preparing for competition and developing a stronger mindset in sport.
The recordings are for personal use only and are intended as self-help and mental performance support tools.
2. Not medical or psychological treatment
These recordings are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, counselling, psychiatric care or a substitute for professional support from a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counsellor or other qualified health professional.
They are designed to support mental performance in sport. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
If you or your child are experiencing significant anxiety, trauma, panic, depression, emotional distress, disordered eating, self-harm, suicidal thoughts or any medical or mental health condition, please seek appropriate professional support.
By using these recordings, you understand that you are responsible for deciding whether they are suitable for you or your child.
3. Suitability and mental health
These recordings may not be suitable if you, or the child using them, currently have or have previously been diagnosed with a significant mental health condition, including but not limited to:
- psychosis
- schizophrenia
- bipolar disorder
- personality disorder
- dissociative disorders
- post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD, or complex trauma
- severe depression
- suicidal thoughts or self-harm
- eating disorders
- severe anxiety or panic disorder
- obsessive compulsive disorder, OCD

- any condition where relaxation, hypnosis, self-hypnosis, visualisation, emotional processing, focused attention or EFT tapping could cause distress or an unpredictable response
If any of the above apply, please do not use these recordings without first seeking advice from your GP, mental health professional or suitably qualified healthcare provider.
If you are currently receiving medical, psychiatric, psychological or therapeutic support, please check with your practitioner before using these recordings.
If anything feels uncomfortable, distressing or unsuitable while listening, stop the recording and seek appropriate support.
4. Use by children and young people
These recordings may be suitable for young athletes, but they should be used with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian where the athlete is under 18.
Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the recordings are appropriate for their child and for supervising their use where needed.
The recordings are designed to support confidence, emotional regulation and mental performance in sport, but they do not guarantee any particular sporting result, team selection, ranking improvement, score, competition outcome or performance level.
5. Safety when listening
Please only listen to the recordings when it is safe to relax and focus.
Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, training, competing, swimming, walking near traffic or doing anything that requires your full attention.
If a recording includes relaxation, hypnosis, self-hypnosis or deep visualisation, use it when sitting or lying down somewhere safe and comfortable.
If you feel light-headed, distressed, uncomfortable or unwell at any point, stop listening and return your attention fully to your surroundings.
6. EFT tapping
EFT involves gently tapping on specific points on the face and upper body while focusing on thoughts, feelings, sensations or experiences.
You are responsible for tapping gently and within your own comfort level. You do not need to tap hard for EFT to be effective.
If any part of the tapping feels uncomfortable, distressing or unsuitable, stop the recording and seek appropriate support.
7. Visualisation and self-hypnosis
Visualisation and self-hypnosis involve using imagination, focused attention and mental rehearsal to support performance, confidence and emotional regulation.
You remain in control throughout and can stop the recording at any time.
These recordings are not intended to make you do anything against your will, override your judgement or replace your own decision-making.
Self-hypnosis and visualisation are tools for mental rehearsal and personal development. They do not guarantee a specific sporting result or remove the need for physical training, technical coaching, tactical preparation, recovery, nutrition or appropriate medical care.
8. No guarantees
Every athlete is different. Results may vary depending on the individual, the issue being worked on, how often the recordings are used, the athlete’s circumstances and many other factors.
The recordings are designed to support confidence, focus, calmness, self-belief, emotional regulation and mental skills, but no guarantee is made that they will produce a specific result.
You understand that sport involves many variables, including physical ability, technical skill, tactics, coaching, preparation, opposition, injury, selection decisions and competition conditions.
9. Digital access and refunds
This is a digital product.
Once you have purchased the recordings and been given access to download or listen to them, refunds are not normally available unless the digital content is faulty or not as described.
By purchasing and accessing the recordings, you agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and understand that this may affect your cancellation rights.

10. Personal use only
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the recordings.
You must not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute, reproduce or make the recordings available to anyone else.
This includes sharing the files with team-mates, coaches, clubs, academies, schools, parents, WhatsApp groups, social media groups or online platforms.
If a coach, club, school, academy, team or organisation would like to use the recordings with athletes, they must contact us to arrange appropriate permission or licensing.
