Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, I may still send you service-related emails about purchases, access, payments, cancellations, important product updates or legal information.
7. Live Sessions, Recordings and Replays
And Relax may include live EFT, visualisation, relaxation, self-hypnosis or wellbeing sessions.
Some live sessions may be recorded and made available as replays inside the product or membership area.
If a session is being recorded, I will aim to make this clear where reasonably possible.
If you do not want your image, name, voice or comments to appear in a recording, you can choose not to turn on your camera, not to speak, use a different display name where the platform allows, or avoid sharing personal information during the recorded session.
Please be mindful of what you share in live sessions or group spaces. Although members are asked to respect privacy, confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in a group or online community setting.
8. Community Spaces and Comments
If And Relax includes access to a group, comment area, community space, chat, live discussion or similar feature, any information you choose to post may be visible to other members.
Please do not share sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable doing so.
You are responsible for the information you choose to share in community spaces.
I may remove comments or posts that breach community guidelines, these terms, or any rules of the platform being used.
9. Children and Under-16s
And Relax is primarily intended for adults.
If someone under the age of 16 uses And Relax, joins a session or accesses any wellbeing, EFT, visualisation, self-hypnosis or relaxation material, this must only happen with the knowledge and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If I collect or process information relating to someone under 16, I will take appropriate care and may require parental or guardian involvement, depending on the service, safeguarding requirements, insurance conditions and professional judgement.
