About Me
I love playing sport, always have. A serious health diagnosis led me to believe I couldn't play anymore.. thankfully I was wrong. Now I help others achieve things they didn't feel was possible for them.
Times have changed since graduating with a degree in Sport Psychology almost 30 years ago! I've combined this knowledge with real life experience and further qualifications in psychology to put together a Success Path that if you follow will put you in a position to not only achieve your goals but exceed them.
