Sure, you may be eating out a little bit more than you like — and hitting up the fast foods slightly more than you should.

You’ve got what it takes to take those dreams of yours and turn them into into your reality to live the happy, healthy life you deserve.

What that means is you’ve got to make a few small changes in your daily food choices and you’ll start to see huge results in your health and energy.

 Now, this might be the first time you've heard of clean eating and you're wondering what on earth it is.

Or you might be thinking, "there's no way I've got time to prepare all my meals from scratch and I don't like vegetables anyway. There's no way I an do this.  More to the point, why even should I??"

How many diets have you started in the past - only to eat a forbidden food, vow to start again on Monday but ending up putting all the weight back on, and then some?!

Changing your eating habits may seem like too much of a tall order… even impossible! But good news, you don’t have to let your fears and doubts get in the way of your health and I'm here to help show you how to do it.

With the right mindset and the best support around you, you can change the way you eat not just in the short term but for the long term as well. This action plan will show you the steps to take to get out of your own way and make it happen!

What is clean eating?

Clean eating is where you eat as much fresh, whole foods as possible and as little pre-packaged, processed food as possible.

Why eat clean?

Our bodies are designed to digest and metabolise the food that we eat. 

Oftentimes though, food that is pre-packaged and processed has so much sugar, salt, highly processed oil, E numbers, and other unpronounceable ingredients in it, that it isn’t really food anymore. For example biscuits, hamburgers, chips, crisps, healthy low fat ready meals etc.. have so many ingredients they're actually a complicated science experiment. 

Although our body is amazing and will detoxify all these chemicals it can get overwhelmed if that’s all we’re eating. No wonder we put on weight, have energy slumps in the day and sleep so badly at night! 

When you eat real, delicious clean food your body knows exactly what to do with it and digests it well, metabolises the fats, proteins and carbohydrates so we don’t need to worry about dieting, counting calories or points and eating low fat.  We get to enjoy food and don’t have to go hungry or deprive ourselves for the sake of our waistline.
